If I owned shares in stock certificate form but lost the stock certificate, what should I do?

You should contact Computershare to receive information about how to replace your lost certificates.

How do I transfer my stock to someone else? (Or what if I have other questions about inheriting stock, setting up a trust, etc?)

Since stock transfer requirements vary, registered shareholders should contact Computershare to find out how to transfer their stock. If you own your shares through a bank or brokerage firm, you should contact that firm.

My family member was a shareholder and recently passed away. Whom should I call for assistance?

If you hold your shares in your own name, please contact Computershare. If you hold your shares through a bank or broker, please call that bank or broker.
