ExxonMobil Employees Raise More Than $1.7 Million for North Texas Charities

More than 175 local nonprofit organizations benefit from employee-giving campaign

IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ExxonMobil and its employees and retirees in North Texas raised more than $1.7 million for charitable organizations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area through ExxonMobil’s annual Employees’ Favorite Charities Campaign.

Employees and retirees contributed to more than 175 charities that provide a wide range of social and educational services to residents in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hunt, Rockwall and Tarrant counties.

Since 2008, ExxonMobil and its employees and retirees have provided more than $34 million and 65,000 volunteer hours in support of North Texas charitable organizations and universities. In the past three years, monetary contributions by employees and retirees have increased by 12 percent.
